The Microsoft 365 Cloud Desktop Support Engineer pathway is designed to train Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) to be able to provide desktop support for organizations that are using Microsoft 365.
Microsoft 365 Cloud Desktop Support Engineer Pathway
Learners will learn how to manage and maintain Windows Client, Microsoft 365 Messaging and Security, as well as Microsoft Teams Administration. Upon successful completion of this programme, learners will be able to take up IT Help desk Support or related job roles.
