Everything you need to know about GTR classes and enrolment.
A GTR (Guaranteed To Run) class is a confirmed intake with a fixed start date — once a class is confirmed, it's guaranteed to proceed. A few things to note: GTR seats are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis; after you register (via our website, email, or phone), we'll confirm seat availability within 1 working day; Avantus reserves the right to decline any registration; and once a GTR seat is confirmed, no cancellations or postponements are allowed.
Click on the course to go to its course page, then submit an enquiry or complete the enrolment form there. For WSQ courses, you can alternatively click the "Enrol on TMS" button on the course page to register directly through TMS.
No cancellations, refunds, or postponements are allowed once a GTR seat is confirmed. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details before registering.
Only our WSQ courses are eligible for funding, with up to 70% support via SkillsFuture Credit. Eligible courses will indicate their funding status on the course page.
In the rare event a confirmed GTR class is cancelled, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or a transfer to the next available intake at no additional cost.
